Revision availability depends on the selected service package or written agreement. Clients may request revisions within the original project scope. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require extra time or fees. Typical revision turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may change based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Initial concepts/updates: 2-3 business days
• Project delivery: Based on agreed milestones.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Eligibility: Work has not started, initial requirements cannot be fulfilled, or duplicate payments.
Ineligibility: Final files delivered, work approved, significant work completed, or delays caused by client. Third-party purchases (hosting, domains) are non-refundable.
Official communication must be conducted through [email protected] or our official phone line. We are not responsible for delays caused by unofficial channels. Work is delivered once project scope is met and final payment is confirmed.
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment is received. Drafts, unused concepts, and internal working files remain the property of EBP Solutions Inc unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing lawful and authorized content (text, images, logos). We are not responsible for rights violations in materials supplied by the client. We take reasonable steps to protect all confidential business information shared during the project.
